Chris Taylor is a user experience (UX) architect currently based in London, England. Traditionally trained in human-computer interaction (HCI), his work combines a background in user-centred design thinking and research. Chris currently works as a freelance UX consultant, where he has been responsible for all phases of the UX process, from product strategy through interaction design and information architecture to qualitative and quantitative user research. For a variety of clients, Chris collaborates with stakeholders and agile delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of a project.

During a 15 year plus career, Chris has created digital products and experiences for a wide range of brands in government, retail, technology, banking, finance and nonprofit. This has been within creative agencies or client-side for specific digital products or services. Basically, any technology from mobile and web apps to complex digital services, “Internet of Things” or even conversational artificial intelligence, Chris has a passion to explore.
